according to availabilities or custom-made
according to the typology of your unit.
• Visits
• Successful conclusion of the transaction:
Drafting of the pre-contract and sale transaction,
and complying with the entire administrative
procedure
• Term: 12 months
Your freedom : Your serenity, delegating
the whole sale of your boat to one representative,
completely involved until successful conclusion
of the transaction.
Your commitment : To entrust the exclusive
sale rights to AYC,

Semi-Exclusive
Listing

Internet, specialized publications and AYC
brochures
• Visits
• Successful conclusion of the transaction:
Drafting of the pre-contract and sale transaction,
and complying with the entire administrative
procedure
• Term: 12 months
Your freedom : When you find a buyer,
we comply with all the sale formalities and
our fees are reduced by 50%.
Your commitment : To keep the same
strategy of communication, and make AYC your
only service provider. As with the
PREMIUM AGREEMENT, we are your only partner;
Thus we ensure a large-scale media strategy

"REFERENCE" AGREEMENT |

Non-Exclusive Listing
• Entrance fee of 100 euros
• Undertaking your boat
• Complete communication strategy: Shows,
multi Websites on the Internet and specialized
publications according to availabilities (with
no obligation as in the other contracts).
• Visits
• Successful conclusion of the transaction:
Drafting of the pre-contract and sale transaction,
and complying with the entire administrative
procedure
• Term: 12 months
Your freedom : Increase the number
of representatives.
Your commitment : To keep the same
strategy of communication and keep us informed
when your boat has been sold, by sending us
copy of the sale transaction. |
