Plan Tortarolo Year 1982
On Daniel Tortarolo design, this robust and powerful One Off is full of charm. Built in 4 crossed fold moulded mahogany, very well maintained, improved and optimised by the actual owner. This is a perfect boat to sail safe and far. Large workshop that can be converted into a 2 berth cabin, 2 large cabins and a welcoming saloon. Lots of recently installed material for long haul: new main sail, battery set, hydraulic propulsion, engine refit...
The boat is on sale with river pontoon berth.
Owner's words
Since I was 7, I was dreaming of a large white sailing boat. Older, I was dreaming of crossing the Atlantic, reading books by Bernard Moitessier. The second dream never came true. More "builder" than "navigator", I took great care of this boat fo 14 years. She is exceptional, because she was built in 1982 by a team of 70 carpenters from Ardennes for their CEO who wanted to do the Sydney/Hobart. Providing a great feeling of safety, fittings is oversized and the boat is ready to sail away for new ocean adventures. She protected me for 14 years during which I sailed the Balearic, the spanish coast and the French Riviera. I hope to find the new owner who will take her all around the world.
