CENTURION 38 Year 1987
A beautiful hull designed by Ed Dubois for a beautiful two cabins both welcoming and powerful. A large kitchen, a large saloon with three beds, two comfortable independent cabins, more than two meters high and many stowage to facilitate life on board. The boat is equipped with solar panels and a davit gantry to hang the annex. The 55HP volvo engine was changed in 2012 and has only 112 hours. the genoa is new. This boat is for those who want to take pleasure in sailing.
Owner's words
When I bought her, in 2010, the boat was owned by three expatriates in Africa who only used the boat in summer in the Mediterranean. The rest of the time the boat was dry in Port Corbières. Shehad been prepared for a crossing to the West Indies that never took place.
Mechanical maintenance and engine change have been done by the Volvo dealer. She is a very pleasant boat to helm, at once powerful and balanced, sensitive to the setting, but also very reassuring. The interior layout is very adapted to live aboard in simplicity. I did not have time to use the heater which is certainly to be reviewed.
