CHASSIRON TDM Year 1975
A large classic ketch which shows her ambitions of great traveller. Deep hull to store supplies and fuels, ketch rigging to divide sails, small-draft and long keel for grounding. The construction, polyester hull and wood deck is very robust. Inside, it is a warm and vintage atmoshpere, preserving the privacy off all because cabins have their own bathroom and accès to the deck. With her rig changed in 2012, her 2006 Volvo engine, her power generator fully reffited in 2015, here you will find the perfect boat for travelling far, safely, with all modern comfort for live aboard.
Owner's words
We bought our boat in 1999 in la Rochelle. She was in a remarkable state and had very little sail. We brought her to Mediterranean sea goind around the Iberian Peninsula. She is not a regatta boat, but her comfort at sea or to the mooring and her seaworthy qualities are exceptional. We settled on her to live aboard year-round and doing some greats Mediterranean cruisings during summer. We always entertained her with care, roofs were completely rebuilt by professionals. We have always felt safe on board and we never get board of her lovely classic sailing style. Today, we decided to sell her for economic reasons and because our children do not share our passion for the sea.
