PLAN BOUVET 16m Year 2002220 000 € VAT paid
A Luc Bouvet Strip planking plan, inspired by the Biotonic hull. Built at Woodenshipyard by Christophe Jarry, marine carpenter in Antibes. A fast and light monohull for long cruising with a central cockpit to secure navigation and a bright deck saloon for light and comfort. Two large double cabins, with sofa, a corridor berth and a convertible deck saloon, can comfortably accommodate up to six people. A real travel boat, comfortable, robust, fast and spacious to go fast and far.
I had this boat built in 2002 to be able to sail around the world on a boat that is both efficient and comfortable. With Luc Bouvet we chose Strip Planking for its robustness and lightness. We also wanted to have a deep central cockpit, for safety while sailing, a bright and panoramic deck saloon and a real master bedroom with an independent shower room. The deck layout allows real sailing performance, even with a very small crew. This boat met all my expectations, during the Atlantic tour and during the numerous sailings in the Mediterranean.
Since 2010, the boat is based in Corsica and we sail every year for one to two months with family or friends.
Possible berth in Propriano.
