UNIVERSAL YACHTING 49.9 Year 2005
This fast and spacious well built aluminium twin keels ship, built at the Guy Fillon's Universal Yachting yard from a Fauroux design shows travel abilities. Her cutter rigging, twin rudders, comfort and security equipments and a strong structure and construction make this sailboat the perfect companion to go and sail far away with your family or even two-handed. The inside layout is clear with light wood and white linings. The chart table and the galley are in the "deck saloon" part, the large U-shaped saloon lays downstairs and three convenient and large double cabins can accomodate comfortably 6 persons. Fast and seaworthy first hand ship.
Owner's words
After we owned a few polyester boats, we, my brother and I, chose Jacques Fauroux and Guy Fillon to build the aluminium boat we were dreaming to be our retirement project. They totally succeeded in the mission we asked them to take on. We have been sailing the mediterranean with our families and everybody aboard enjoyed living and sailing. This Universal Yachting 49.9 is a reliable and seaworthy boat, and we would go on sailing if our ages would not force us to sell her.
