CONTEST 40 Year 1981
Constructed in small series for more than 40 years in the Netherlands by Conyplex shipyard, CONTEST yachts are a perfect exemple of high quality finish. This CONTEST 40 a ketch with central cockpit was adapted to the needs of the owner of the yard. Always solid, secure and comfortable with a quality carpentry, she has also a recent engine changed in 2008. After the investment of a mainsail and mizzen sail, she will be perfect for those who wish to enjoy a blue sea water boat with full autonomy in water and diesel.
Owner's words
I bought this ketch for my tour of the Mediterranean with the guarantee of a very marine boat, solid, well finished, with many storage. Now i'm going back to the idea of a more regatta-oriented boat and certainly not as comfortable as my CONTEST 40, whose reputation I confirm.
