DUFOUR 470 Year 2021
Launched late 2021, this very nice large sailboat with a complete "voyage" equipment will be delivered "better than new". Her owners worked together with the shipyard to manage the little teething problems and also added some items to the inventory list (watermaker, solar panels, Furlström...). With a 3 cabins/2 bathrooms layout and light oak woodworks, the inside is really clear. Her owners just faced a professional concern that prevents them to sail away at the moement and put her for sale after they enjoyed her during almost one year. Perfect to be handled by a short handed crew of two or by a family. Available right now and to be seen quickly.
Owner's words
We bought this nice sea-going Dufour 470 to sail her a lot, but our professional activities do not allow us to depart now. We took our time to manage all the little teething problems together with the shipyard, but also prepared the ship for blue water cruising, adding some comfort and voyage elements. She is a wonderful sailboat, fast and secure, but also extremely comfortable and convenient. She displays a very nice set of sails you will perhaps complete with a spinnaker and/or a staysail (self tacking rail available on the deck). We also worked together with the shipyard to make the deck layout more convenient (for us) with a more standard halyards and sheets distribution on the winches. Very easy to handle by a short handed crew of 2 and even alone with her 3 electric winches, we have been having a lot of fun at sailing.
