PASSOA 47 Year 1991
Designed by Philippe Harlé, this very nice Passoa 47 is an aluminium centerboarder with 3 cabins and a workshop, built by the famous Garcia shipyard with a perfect inside woodworking by the Rameau workshop. She is in a very good general condition with a new complete paint and a recent engine (2017/18). This voyage ship is completetly equipped to live aboard and to sail with a very short handed crew due to the furling mainsail. Watermaker, solar panels, genset and hydrogenerator, she can be self-sufficient during long periods. She has been modified, upgraded and maintained with care by a couple of experienced sailors. Ready to go again following a very interesting work opportunity.
Owner's words
We bought this Passoa 47 in 2019 when she just had been refitted by her owners. After we sailed in the Caribbean and enjoyed that time, we came back to France due to a perfect job opportunity and we are forced to stop our sailing projects. We got this ship to the comfort and security standards we aimed at, sailing with a baby. Her deck layout allows to sail the ship alone without going out of the cockpit and her hull is efficient under sails with a centerboard and an aft daggerboard to sail downwind. The inside layout is welcoming and perfectly practical. This ship already shown her secure side when sailig in very bad weather condiitons and as a life base when anchored. Her size is perfect for a family trip, she sailed around the world twice yet, will you sail the third one?
