SUN ODYSSEY 51 Year 1991
This Bruce Farr design is the 3 cabins + large forward locker version. Bought in the Netherlands by her current owner, she was given some semi-custom inside fittings, giving her the perfect design to live aboard and to travel the world. Her very nice owner's stateroom with a dressing room (or even workshop depending on you) and a private bathroom and the two aft cabins with private bathrooms allow a lot of comfort and proivacy. Pulsed air heating system in the saloon, aft gantry to lift the tender and with solar panels on, stainles steel end glass windscreen , furling mainsail, this ship is a perfect basis to be prepared and sail with your friends or family aboard.
Owner's words
My 17th ship ! And what a ship ! Comfortable and seaworthy, very sailor-friendly with her two steering positions and her large aft scoop to access the dinghy, yet comfortable and some more elements added ; she is a very smooth and easy sailboat. But entering my 84th year, some health concerns decided me to stop sailing after almost 80 years of cruises.
